I'm seeing some nice rides here.
It stands to reason I guess, that one of the oldest guys here is driving one of the oldest cars.
1993 Mitsubishi Mirage

hi guys!
nice thread in my opinion
@Uwe: you got a nice family car with "balls". and also a nice location for photoshooting @ technical museum in Speyer!
@slo: no way friend, my actual car is a little older, or better it was...(look @ pics
)
but next car will be again a small one with "balls", like i had before the BMW. it was a OPEL Corsa (in England called Nova by Vauxhall) with a 2 liter engine and above 150 bhp and sth about 800kg weight, running always in the limiter on the "autobahn",~242 km/h
before the implantation of the 2liter engine there was a 1.6liter engine from a OPEL Vectra with 100 bhp (+20 bhp by a modified air-intake system), also funny, but by miles not as a weapon as the 2 liter biest! that biest was always good to chase some Porsche Boxsters, Rob![]()
The BMW has a "bad ass"![]()
@Denis: Great thread...& a 'big' fantastic Yamaha
@Slo: Very nice car.In 1993, I look at Fondmetal wheels for my Ford Sierra GT...are the ones you have on? However, it was Ford RS wheels came on.
@eD77. Beautiful BMW...but behind...your Opel Corsa, I think, hardly daring to run 242 km/h in so light car, you're not afraid to lose control
Hi Uwe & what we have right here 'Ford Mondeo ST200'...the car I dreamed of in 1998, but far too expensive here in Denmark.Really nice & fast car, with the specialty blue color is only on ST models
Unfortunately, I have never been able to take good pictures of my cars, but always when I switch them off from the dealer
Here the cars from the past 10 years:
1998 Ford Mondeo 2.0 (130/136HP) 206km/h
2002 Volvo V40 (2003) 1.8 (122HP) 200km/h
2006 Volvo S60 (2007) 2.4 (170HP) 225km/h
Altbierbude Laptimes
Man I would love that little Opel Corsa motorThat thing looks great and Im sure it drives like a evil little slot car

yes Pelle, 240 km/h with such a car is daring, but i was really surprised how "easy" the car did it. i was very respectfull, but the car was quite untroubled @ that speed, although the lightweight and small wheelbase! you can ask Nordisch
...but i know people who build in a 2 liter opel turbocharged engine with sth. about 300 bhp, but that´s silly, except they put also 4wd inside (real huge project,but there are some!).
i found pics, Rob you would like them, i think...
...the last one i called "little bastard"...
Man I didn't realize the Corsa was that fast.
Nice rides Pelle, looks like a new one every 4 years. About that time again buddy. Another Volvo?![]()
